I've spent the best part of a decade inside software implementations, starting in invoice and PO automation, then leading procurement and financial management delivery, and most recently configuring HR and other operational systems as a senior implementation leader.
Across every system and every customer I kept hitting the same wall, and it wasn't a people problem. Implementation is engineering work treated as ops: validating inputs, mapping data, modelling business rules. Treat it as ops and you underinvest in it, so consultants drown in requirements-gathering and spreadsheets while customers wait. Same product, same template, wildly different outcomes depending on who shows up.
So I left to build the fix. Votis captures and applies senior-consultant judgment to every configuration decision, automatically, consistently, across every customer, so implementation teams scale their project capacity without scaling headcount. Workflow tools route tasks and PM platforms track progress. Votis does the thinking itself.
